Basic Encryption key

    The Basic encryption key is used to scramble and unscramble voice calls and data transmissions on privacy-enabled channels. Receiving radio(s) must have the same Basic encryption key as the transmitting radio in order to unscramble the privacy-enabled voice call or to receive the privacy-enabled data transmission.
